The patterns that get imprinted from your earliest relationships don’t just exist in your mind — they live in your body. For transformational change to occur, we’ll work at this level together.
I work experientially, which means the focus of our time will be on identifying emotions, bodily sensations, and reactions in the present moment. Together, we will slow down and track your inner experiences in order to foster more self awareness, trust, and peace. This approach supports an expanded sense of confidence and aliveness in navigating life’s challenges, both internally and externally.
I am particularly energized by experiential therapies — a type of therapy that involves the use of expressive tools and actions like roleplaying, active imagination, breath work, and guided imagery to help individuals re-enact and re-experience emotional situations from their past or their relationships — and often utilize this approach in my work.

We will work at your pace, tending to your hurt and curiosity. Our time together may look like:
⤷ Feeling into and through your emotions and somatic experiences as they arise in the present moment
⤷ Identifying, befriending, and liberating abandoned and ashamed aspects of yourself
⤷ Exploring the connection between your early experiences and your current relational dynamics, beliefs, and behaviors
⤷ Naming and challenging your entrenched beliefs and judgments
⤷ Asking and chewing on big questions like: who am I, really? What sets my heart on fire? What are my deepest longings, hopes, dreams, and visions for my life?
